WHAT IS A NOTARY?

As a commissioned notary public, I serve as an impartial witness to help ensure the authenticity and integrity of important documents and transactions. I verify identities, administer oaths and affirmations, and witness signatures on a variety of legal documents—including contracts, deeds, wills, and powers of attorney. My role is to help prevent fraud and confirm that all parties are willingly and knowingly entering into agreements. I affix my official seal or stamp to certify that the individuals involved have been properly identified and that the document is legally executed. I follow all state regulations and ethical standards to provide trustworthy and professional notary services.

***While I can assist with drafting certain basic documents, please note that I do not provide legal, medical, or tax advice. I am not a licensed attorney, medical professional, or tax expert. If you have questions about the content or implications of a document, I recommend consulting the requestor or reaching out to a qualified professional in the appropriate field. My primary role remains to provide trusted and professional notary services.
